So it looks like livestreams are not in the cards for us. Despite much tweaking and tinkering with settings, we’ve come to the conclusion that our connection just isn’t good enough to pull off a decent stream. Maybe someday that will change, but for now at least, it looks like we’ll be sticking with the videos.

The video below starts off in some iffy quality and at a much smaller size as it was recorded during our streaming attempt last week. Give it a minute or so for a jump in overall quality to match that of previous videos.

In case you missed it last week, our TWC incentive comic has been updated. If you’ve missed a previous update, a link to the archive is now available to you when you vote. If you’d like to place a vote, you can do so HERE. As always, your support is greatly appreciated by DK and myself! :D

Hoping to do a livestream this Thursday, but we’ve still got some technical issues we’re trying to sort out. I’ll edit this space with further details when I have them. Be forewarned that if you come watch a livestream of a future page being drawn, there is a good chance of spoilers…

[EDIT: still working through some streaming issues, we're now hoping to have everything worked out for Friday. I'll update this space soon with exact details.]

Next week we’ll be switching to a twice weekly update schedule with new posts on Mondays and Thursdays.

Feb. 1st starts off a new month of voting at TWC. To celebrate that fact, we’ll be updating our vote incentive with page two of the new bonus comic on Wednesday. (We’ll make a note of it here once it’s updated so you don’t have to keep checking for it. Page 2 is now live – vote now to read!) No BTS videos this week and for good reason – DK forgot to record it! Oh well, livestreams start in a couple weeks anyway so we’re re-evaluating how often we’re going to do videos and streams from here on anyway. Feel free to weigh in in the comments below.

There was waaaay too much script on this one initially so I had to try and compress as much as I could to get all the essentials on here – not sure how well or clear it reads but I imagine I’ll be taking another pass at it shortly.


VOTE FOR US AT TWC!

Plans are underway for a new vote incentive comic that we’re hoping to have up and running in Feb. While essentially free of the kind of “mythology” found in The Call, it’ll tie more directly into current (and future) events and take place in the modern day setting of Bellac. Sometime around the start of Ch. 2…

While on the subject of February, the Spin-Off goes live on Feb. 22nd, rolling out the first 5 pages to start and then once a week, every Wednesday thereafter. :)

Yep, year 3 is shaping up to be a pretty cool one.
