Strips 1-3 of THE CALL have now been uploaded as the current Vote Incentive. Remember, the Vote Incentive is only available through the TWC Vote Button, but we’d be very appreciative if you happen to click on a few of the others as well. ;)

So, the survey is still going, slow but surely, with some fascinating results. HUGE thanks to those who took the time to fill it out. It’s a great way for us to gauge how we’re doing in telling our tale as well as letting us know more about how better to serve you, the audience.

Any artistic types out there looking for a quality project to hitch their wagon to may want to give a look at STARMADA COMICS who have recently lost their illustrator. It’s a bit like a steampunk Star Trek and is quite a bit of fun and was only just getting started. :(

In other webcomic news, DK did a cool little pin-up of the character SUZIE from the webcomic ZOMBIE RANCH. ZR is a brilliant and fun comic that you should definitely check out if you haven’t already. The first chapter is up and they’re currently plugging away at Chapter 2. It’s good stuff.

Posting a few hours early cause we won’t be able to check to make sure it updates proper tonight.

–

Nothing to really comment on about today’s page, except that if you VOTE, you’ll get to see the line-art and shading before DK painted it.

–

Pre-Orders for the print edition of Chapter 1 are now up as well as a limited collector’s edition with a smattering of goodies thrown in for good measure. The Pre-Orders will be open for exactly one month from today then we’ll be placing our final order.

The comics are the U.S. standard size, full color, and 32 pages. It covers the entire first chapter and interlude for a total of 30 story pages out of the 32 – not bad, I think, since most U.S. comics are generally 22 pages of story + 8 pages of ads. :) Also, we were able to release page 4 as it was originally intended – as a double page splash – which makes us both happy to no end. :D

It should also be noted that anyone who purchases a regular edition will automatically be entered into a raffle to receive a free collector’s edition package upgrade as well. For those willing to shell out the extra bucks for the collector’s edition, we’ll also be offering up a raffle, but we’re still finalizing the details on that one but should have it all set-up by next week’s updates so stay tuned for that.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to fill out the SURVEY! It’s been extremely informative and helpful. We’re only about 25% complete with it now, but once it’s over, we’ll share a handful of the results here with you. If you haven’t filled it out yet, please take a moment to do so! :)
