These scenes with Belmont in the Chancellor’s office are more new additions. Originally, we were to meet Belmont at the armory along with a few of his subordinates, but I ultimately decided to fold the information of that scene into this one. Not sure if I made the right call or not, but hopefully it reads okay.

DK wanted an excuse to work on her painting and decided that a great way to do so would be with our chapter “covers”. So here is the first.
